Today we rode for three (3) hours. We started at the Breakaway Cafe. We all rode our bikes for the first hour. We rode toward Conshohocken and back -- a total of 10 miles. Then we took a rest and Daddy put the trail-a-bike on for Noelle. We finally rode past Oaks and turned around before we had to go up a big hill. On the way back we stopped in a park and played on the playground - but only for 10 minutes. Then it was back to the Breakaway Cafe, and it only took 35 minutes. Daddy loaded Mommy's and Noelle's bikes onto the car and then we had lunch. After lunch Daddy and I road another 35 minutes to Spring Mill. Mommy and Noelle met us there and gave us a ride home in the car.

Noelle road 10 miles. I rode 32.5.

It was really, really hot. So after we got home, we went to the pool to take a dip. Boy did it feel fantastic!

Mommy was feeling better today, so we split up. I rode for 30-minutes with our mom and Kate rode for an hour with our dad. I took some books along so I could read while we waited for them to finish.

We rode in the morning so it wouldn't be as hot. But it still was. After we rode we went to the swimming pool. Yea!

Today is Thursday, June 23rd. Kate and I rode together with our dad today because mommy wasn't feeling good. We rode for 45 minutes and my average speed was 11.5 (my highest ever).

Today we went for another ride. I rode with my mom and Kate rode with my dad. We finished before they did. While we were loading our bikes on the car after our ride, we saw a skunk. We were very quiet and quickly got into the car. Whew! We didn't get sprayed.

Today, I rode farther than I ever have -- 10.5 miles.

It was hard. My legs started to hurt near the end.

I had a big fall, too. My tire slipped of the path and onto the stones and it made me lose my balance. I got scrapes on both my right and left legs. My right leg is worse than my left.

After my dad cleaned out the scrapes, I got right back up on my bike and finished the ride.

Then we went home and had pizza for dinner.

There is less than one month to the Bike-a-thon. I hope I don't have a fall there, too.

Today we started at the Conshohocken train station. I rode all the way into Philadelphia and back -- and so did Noelle. Then I looped back and rode past Spring Mill station and back -- Noelle didn't ride the extra loop.

In total I rode 11.5 miles. My average speed was 11.1 miles per hour.

After we were done riding, we went out for ice cream at Scoops. I had a great time today.

Today, we went for a 45-minute ride. We didn't get to ride on Tuesday, because Kate had a softball playoff game.

Kate rode 7.5 miles and Noelle rode 5.5.
